Role Title: Client Growth Visits Facilitator Manager (CL7)

Role Summary

Designs and facilitates client visits and workshops that create meaningful dialogue, align stakeholders, and progress strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and facilitation of client visits and workshops
• Develop agendas, discussion guides, and workshop materials
• Coordinate with account teams and SMEs to ensure relevant and impactful content
• Manage visit logistics in partnership with Program Support teams
• Capture outcomes, actions, and follow-up requirements from client engagements
• Contribute to development of facilitation playbooks and reusable assets
• Support continuous improvement through client and stakeholder feedback
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, or stakeholder engagements
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience in consulting, transformation, customer experience, or related environments preferred

• Successful delivery of client engagements
• Quality of workshop outcomes and stakeholder feedback
• Timely completion of visit deliverables and follow-up actions
• Contribution to account and client relationship objectives, Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating workshops, meetings, or stakeholder engagements
  
  
  

Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing agendas or discussion guides, workshop materials, transformation, and customer experience

Bachelor s degree or equivalent minimum 10 years of overall work experience Excellent communication written and oral and presentation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
