Center Success Manager

You will be part of the expansion team at Curefit. Curefit has been operating the fastest growing fitness chain brands in India (cult.fit, Gold’s, Fitness First), and has 600+ centre footprint pan-India. The plan is to set up another 150+ centres/year across various offerings. The Centre Success Manager - FOFO (Expansion) is responsible for the 1st few months performance trajectory for newly launched cult Elite/Neo centres.

• Own GMV, EBITDA and member experience performance of new centres for launch+6 months
• Problem solve & drive initiatives with various stakeholders (e.g., P&L leader, Franchise Partner, Real Estate, Legal, Biz Finance, Growth, City teams, Talent Acquisition, Ops, Expansion etc)
• Create visibility for senior management around critical centre metrics through weekly reporting, cadences
• Improve launch/hiring/ops/growth processes as needed to drive centre success
• Deep-dive into data to generate mid/long term insights for the Expansion/growth playbook
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Project/Programme management, startup experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institutes (engineering/law/commerce/mgmt)
• Sharp program management skills - building & executing SOPs, getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders & driving execution with high influence
• Excellent problem solving abilities - hustle & think-on-feet in new situations, take executive decisions
• Good communication (written & verbal) and persuasion skills
• Comfort with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) a must
• Process orientation - to identify and solve problems, and set up best practices
