Note:

1. Ability to manage a profit Center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management

2. Liaising with the local Bodies, Associates, Key Brand visibility, Location owners, Institute Heads, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies. Mass/Group/ individual counseling at different places of city/ Dist such as villages, Residence, Hubs, Schools etc.

3. Implement & Review processes, take care of the education center, students& team members with high quality standards. Create methodologies & metrics based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implementation & take corrective action

4. Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the center and ensure students placements and create customer delight.

5. HO level functional followups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smooth centre operations

6. Responsible for Team Training, Development, Engagement & Growth, Control attrition in the team.

7. Will be responsible for Mobilization

8. Able to track competition/market, analysis & feedback to HO for new products
