Business Process Expert Role Overview

As Business Process Expert (BPE), you are the crucial link between NXP’s business processes and IT solutions. You will combine your learning and understanding of the quality business processes with your technical insights and expertise of IT Technology and the NXP solution platforms to translate evolving business needs into future-ready IT solutions, working with external partners and within Agile teams to incrementally deliver features and improvements on the Quality solutions. Your responsibilities will span from requirements gathering and analysis to solution design and implementation, testing, technical guidance and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Process Expert and Technical Expert, you are responsible for:

• Mastering the concepts process and data related to product traceability
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and partners to clarify, design, develop and implement the required IT solutions
• Performing analysis for issues or for new functionality requests in the domain
• Maintain in-depth expertise of how IT technology and application platforms can contribute to support and accelerate business processes
• Take on flexible roles within Agile teams, such as Scrum Master, Analyst, Developer, Technical expert, etc

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have

• Master in either IT, Mathematics or Physics
• Multiple years of experience in/with Information Technology departments
• Knowledge of Semiconductor products and manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Cloud concepts, architecture (AWS, Azure)
• Strong knowledge of data models, databases (SQL)
• Knowledge of graph technology (AWS Neptune, SPARQL) is a strong plus
• Good working knowledge on application development and maintenance activities
• Adequate understanding of project management techniques (SAFe / Prince2)
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Furthermore, you are

• Strong in interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Thinking in business process and models
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
• Experienced with working in international and multicultural environments.
• Willing to learn
