Oolka is a Series A fintech startup building agentic AI to help millions of Indians manage their credit and finances. We're backed by Accel, Lightspeed India, and Z47, and founded by Utkrishta Kumar (ex-Chief Business Officer, Meesho).

AI is deeply embedded in how our Tech, Product, and Design teams work, we're not just using AI, we're building it.

Location: Work from office, Bellandur, Bangalore (no remote option for any of the roles)

We are hiring for the following roles:

Business Manager - Lending

Own the day-to-day execution of Oolka's lending business, from application to disbursal.

• 4–6 yrs in Business Operations, Lending Operations, or Marketplace Operations
• Experience in digital lending, loan marketplaces, embedded lending, or consumer fintech
• Strong grip on lending funnels and lender relationship management
• Comfortable with data; advanced Excel a must
• Thrives working across credit, product, engineering, and CX to drive approvals, turnaround times, and disbursal efficiency

Business Manager - Strategic Partnerships(Banks & NBFCs)

Bridge the gap between our users and financial institutions, building and negotiating lending and settlement partnerships.

• 4+ yrs in banking alliances, lending partnerships, collections strategy, or stressed assets
• Proven track record closing partnership deals with Banks or NBFCs
• Strong understanding of debt recovery, settlement frameworks, and credit underwriting in India
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
