Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of the leader's goals and approach to ensure team activities are aligned with the leader's objectives. Exercise confidentiality and discretion throughout work to assure and maintain trust with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment in communication, implementation planning, and execution of strategies defined by leadership. Follow established practices for leadership strategy execution and prepare information to support business cases.
• Support the internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans.
• Develop relationships to establish a network of business and technical decision makers across lines of business. Carry out reporting and exception management as required.
• Contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment, engaging in project management efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Management) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
