About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our Beauty & Personal Care

Ingredients business. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in supplying

specialty chemicals and functional ingredients to beauty and personal care manufacturers, with proven

experience in business development, strategic account management, and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients vertical.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L performance.
• Build strategic relationships with personal care, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and hygiene
  
  

product manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.

• Expand the portfolio of specialty ingredients and performance chemicals used in beauty and
  
  

personal care formulations.

• Identify new business opportunities, supplier partnerships, and market segments.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management.
• Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific ingredient
  
  

solutions.

• Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
  
  

Preferred Background

• 7+ years of experience in Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals,
  
  

Cosmetic Ingredients, or Industrial Chemicals.

• Strong understanding of ingredients such as surfactants, emollients, emulsifiers, rheology
  
  

modifiers, preservatives, UV filters, silicones, conditioning agents, humectants, active ingredients,

fragrances, and formulation additives used in personal care products.

• Proven experience selling specialty ingredients to cosmetics and personal care manufacturers.
