Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in outbound B2B enterprise software sales (e.g., BDR or Inside Sales), specifically prospecting into large enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on experience conducting technical discovery with technical stakeholders (e.g., Data Engineers, Enterprise Architects, CTOs) and translating infrastructure concepts into business value.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly pipeline generation targets (e.g., booking 8+ qualified Enterprise Sales Qualified Opportunities per month).
• Direct experience executing outbound prospecting campaigns targeting India and broader APAC sub-regions (e.g., Southeast Asia).
• Proficiency with enterprise sales technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Bangalore (1–2 days/week in-office), with the flexibility to cover APAC time zones, travel as required, and start within 60 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct sales or prospecting experience within data infrastructure, analytics, AI, graph databases, or information management sectors.
• Proven ability to map complex enterprise accounts and engage both technical leaders (CTOs, Data Architects) and business unit executives (Risk, Compliance, Fraud).
• Skilled at leveraging intent data, market news, and tech-stack insights to craft highly targeted, high-impact value propositions.
• Capability to lead structured, value-based discovery conversations to surface core business challenges and build compelling business cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with regional Account Executives to define territory strategies, profile target accounts, and build aligned multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Systematically map target enterprise organizations to identify and engage key personas across technical, data science, and line-of-business teams.
• Execute strategic outbound outreach—including cold calling, tailored emailing, and social selling—to capture executive attention and generate pipeline.
• Conduct rigorous technical and business discovery with prospects to uncover organizational pain points, data infrastructure limitations, and buying triggers.
• Qualify outbound prospects using structured sales methodologies, ensuring a seamless handoff of high-value opportunities to Enterprise Account Executives.
• Maintain data hygiene and activity tracking within Salesforce and Outreach to document account intelligence for the broader sales cycle.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outbound activity, qualified meetings, and net-new pipeline contribution.
