Business Development Manager

We are hiring for Business Development Manager – Quality Engineering Services

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

Experience: 8-12 Years

Skills & Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or New Business Acquisition within the IT Services or Technology industry.
• Strong track record of consistently achieving new business and revenue targets.
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and hunting for new customers.
• Experience managing or driving Lead Generation/SDR teams to achieve pipeline and business goals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Prior experience selling QA/QE Services is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with experience selling IT Services, Digital Transformation Services or Software Services are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to enterprise sales across domestic or international markets.
• Existing network of enterprise technology decision-makers will be an added advantage.
