About The Role

Were looking for a high-ownership, results-driven Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll own the full sales cycle — from generating outbound leads to closing deals — with no handoffs and full accountability.

What Youll Do

  • Close Marketing Qualified Leads passed to you by the team
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach through drip campaigns, LinkedIn, email, and other social touchpoints
  • Research and identify the right accounts within the D2C ecosystem
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and engage them effectively
  • Own the full outbound funnel: Lead generation → Qualification → Product demo → Closure
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for the top tier of Indias D2C brands
  • Support data generation and enrichment activities as required
  • Prepare sales reports, contracts, business proposals, pitches, and handle commercial negotiations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or account management
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Proven track record of consistent revenue growth
  • Familiarity with the Indian D2C ecosystem is a strong plus
