Job Description

• Business Development: Generate new business via networking, cold calling, and industry research to expand market share
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to technical presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business or upselling opportunities
• Technical Consultation: Recommend solutions (UPS, batteries) by understanding client technical needs
• Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, track performance metrics, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management
  
  

Product Expertise: Knowledge of UPS technologies (online, line-interactive), voltage, capacities (kVA/kW), battery types (VRLA, Li-ion) and runtime requirements.

Application Knowledge: Understanding critical power applications across industries like Data Centers, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and BFS

Competitive Intelligence: Ability to differentiate products based on reliability, efficiency, total cost of ownership (TCO), and after-sales support

Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Using CRM tools to manage opportunities, track leads, and accurately forecast sales revenue

Market Analysis: Monitoring competitors, identifying emerging trends, and evaluating market opportunities

Qualifications

Experience: 10 to 12yrs.

Education Qualification: BE Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation
