Earn ₹40–₹100 per sq ft in incentives — on top of salary.

Oraiyan Groups is one of Bengaluru's fastest-growing plotted development companies, with 10+ live projects including Sindoor Green City and VR New Town Hoskote. We are expanding our sales force and looking for hungry, ambitious BDEs who want income with no ceiling.

What you'll do

Generate leads and convert site visits into plot bookings

Build and manage your own channel partner network

Coordinate site visits and follow up with customers to closure

Own your monthly target: 1 confirmed sale per month (₹1 lakh booking)

What you'll earn

Fixed salary: ₹15,000/month

Incentives: ₹40–₹100 per sq ft sold — released in stages (₹5,000 on booking, ₹10/sq ft at 30% payment, balance on registration)

Top performers regularly out-earn their salary 3–5x through incentives

✅ What we're looking for

0–3 years in sales (real estate preferred, freshers with fire welcome)

Kannada + one of English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu

Two-wheeler and willingness to travel to project sites

Hunger to grow — our Team Leaders and Sales Heads are promoted from within

On-site: Jayanagar HQ + project sites across Bengaluru
