Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics or related field

Roles And Responsibilities

• Understand and present company’s electro-optic products to customers.
• Prepare quotations, datasheets, and technical proposals.
• Review customer QRs and provide comments/clarifications.
• Support product pitch and presentations to customers.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries and submissions.
• Handle RFI / EOI responses and support bid submissions.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions
  
  

• Understanding of electro-optic products and defence technologies
• Technical presentations and solution selling
• CRM tools
• Proposal and document management tools
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of ERP
