Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, and medical NGOs for crowdfunding campaigns
Build a strong pipeline of medical cases and institutions requiring fundraising support
Understand patient needs and guide hospitals/NGOs on how to run effective campaigns
Coordinate with hospitals and families to collect case details, documents, and approvals
Work closely with internal teams to launch and manage medical campaigns
Support campaigners with content, storytelling, and social media strategies
Ensure timely updates and transparency on ongoing campaigns
Track performance and help improve conversion and fundraising outcomes
Maintain and update database of hospitals, NGOs, and medical leads
Ensure compliance and authenticity of cases before going live
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
1+ year of experience in business development, healthcare partnerships, or crowdfunding
Experience working with hospitals, NGOs, or medical cases is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of patient communication and sensitivity in medical cases
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Good understanding of digital platforms and social media fundraising
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and urgent situations with empathy and professionalism
This is a pure target-driven role, with clearly defined monthly KPIs
Candidates will be expected to consistently achieve targets related to:
Lead generation
Campaign onboarding
Campaign go-live
Fundraising outcomes
