Location: Remote / Work from Home

Stipend: ₹15,000 fixed + up to ₹5,000 performance-based incentives per month

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Days: 6 days per week

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year)

Full-time Opportunity: Potential conversion to a full-time role with a CTC of up to ₹6 LPA, based on performance

Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our revenue and client engagement efforts. This role goes beyond observation—you will actively contribute to business development activities, engage with potential clients, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements
  • Present and explain Weekday AI’s offerings to potential customers
  • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management
  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Track and report progress on business development activities



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
