Job Title: Business Architect

Support Asset Management (AM) by understanding the current architecture and shaping the future state architecture aligned to the AM capability model, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending optimal solutions. Drive process efficiency and operational effectiveness using Intelligent Automation and AI-enabled tools in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Asset Management functions by defining and managing current and future state architecture aligned to the enterprise capability model.
• Analyze business capabilities and architecture landscapes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to design optimal solutions that enhance process efficiency and scalability.
• Understands enterprise data architecture and recommend best solutions.
• Must have worked on Data programs in Asset management/ BFSI.
• Identify Intelligent Automation opportunities and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate capability needs into architecture and solution designs.
• Define and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, analysis standards and engagement models with internal and external teams that impact the overall activities carried out by the AM
• Support the business in decision making by acting as an SME on business and solution architecture dimensions, and ensure that the business understand the implications of decisions and alignment to the business strategy
• Support the Design Authority with representation from all major stakeholders within the business and use the Design Authority as the central governance body to ratify business architecture decisions and operating model changes
• Partner with wider AM teams such as Change Management and Technology to ensure the portfolio of change supports the AM future state operating model.
  
  

To Be Successful You Will

• Minimum of 12-15 years of proven Business Architecture experience, preferably in the financial services / Asset Management industry
• Domain experience in Asset Management & BFSI, Keep abreast of market and industry developments
• Extensive experience in Automation, Data Domain and solution design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management / Relationship Management, with the ability to interact with and influence Senior Leaders as needed
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Able to think laterally and take a pragmatic approach to issue resolution when necessary
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and problems
• Capacity to work on multiple projects and prioritise effectively
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Demonstrate strong teamwork
• Experience of working in a global environment, working across cultures and matrix structures, ability to embrace diversity.
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Well versed in tools such as MS Visio (or similar), MS Power Point, Excel etc.
