This is not solely a reporting role. This is a highly visible analytics position supporting our Client Services leadershipteam by identifying trends, explaining why performance is changing, and recommending data-driven actions that improve operational results for both GetixHealth and our healthcare clients.
What You'll Do
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & DATA VISUALIZATION
Design and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
Develop visually compelling reports that simplify complex operational data
Present performance metrics using charts, scorecards, heat maps, trend analysis, and executive dashboards
Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, intuitive, and actionable
Performance Analytics
Analyze operational performance across multiple healthcare revenue cycle programs, including:
Cash Collections
Liquidation Rates
Inventory Composition
Collector Performance
Client Contract Performance
Revenue Trends
Contact Center Performance
Financial Reconciliations
Move Beyond Reporting Numbers By Explaining
Why performance changed
What operational factors caused the change
Whether the trend is expected or unexpected
TREND IDENTIFICATION
Identify both expected and unexpected trends, including:
Changes in cash collection trends
Fluctuation in liquidation performance
Inventory composition shifts
Client-specific performance anomalies
Agent productivity changes
Staffing impacts
Operational disposition of account bottlenecks
System-related performance issues
Seasonality and volume fluctuations
Provide thoughtful recommendations supported by data.
EXECUTIVE DECISION SUPPORT
This Business Analyst Role will report to the CRO/EVP of Client Experience, and work closely with:
Vice President of Client Services
Client Services Leadership team
As well as Operations, Information Technology & Finance as part of their role.
The Business Analyst will translate data into meaningful business recommendations that improve:
Client satisfaction
Revenue performance
Financial outcomes
ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Investigate performance variances by asking questions such as:
Why did collections decrease?
Why did liquidation rates improve?
Why is one client outperforming another?
Which operational process changed?
Is inventory composition driving performance?
Is a system enhancement impacting outcomes?
Recommend corrective actions supported by quantitative analysis.
CLIENT REPORTING
Support Client Services by producing executive-ready reporting that helps customers understand:
Operational performance
Financial results
KPI trends
Opportunities for improvement
Success stories
Areas requiring corrective action
Create reports that tell a story - not simply display numbers.
DATA INTEGRITY
Perform reconciliations across multiple data sources
Validate data accuracy before distribution
Identify anomalies and discrepancies
Ensure executive reporting is reliable and trusted
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline
5–8 years of Business Analytics experience
Strong experience creating dashboards using Power BI
Experience developing reports using SSRS
Dashboard creation, design & maintenance
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
Experience working with large operational and financial databases
Preferred Experience
Experience analyzing one or more of the following:
Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Contact Center Operations
Financial Analytics
Business Intelligence
Operational Performance Management
Workforce Analytics
Cash Collections
Client Performance Reporting
Healthcare experience is preferred but strong analytics professionals from banking, finance, insurance, consulting, or large-scale operations are encouraged to apply.
