The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology implementation by carefully analyzing and designing effective processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
