Business Analyst Support Inbound Supply Chain

Amazon Operations is looking for a talented, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed Business Analyst as part of Inbound Supply Chain team. Candidate must be detail oriented, posses good analytical skills, have strong verbal and written communication skills and have proficiency in following tools: Advanced Excel and SQL.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
• Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language
• - Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling concept and building new DW tables
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelors degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
• Experience working in e-commerce / retail / supply chain / financial services business
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership
• Experience using very large datasets
