Build and maintain reports and dashboards that enable the team to self-serve on routine business metrics
Translate business questions from stakeholders into structured analysis requirements and deliver clean, actionable outputs
Monitor existing data pipelines and ETL workflows; flag issues and escalate with context
Work with BI, tech, and category partners to understand data availability and ensure metric accuracy
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Amazon Q, generative AI assistants) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive reporting tasks, and surface insights faster
Present findings in written form (documents, decks) to internal stakeholders with clear, logical recommendations

1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or an equivalent role experience
Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field — Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related
Moderate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large datasets
Knowledge of advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (familiarity with Tableau preferred)
Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
Knowledge of online retail (e-commerce)
Experience with AWS analytical services (Redshift, EMR) or equivalent cloud data tools
