Working Hours: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Stipend: â¹15,000 â â¹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern for a 6-month onsite internship. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to IT, Banking, and FinTech projects, supporting business analysis activities, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders

Support preparation of BRD, FRD, URD, SRS, and functional documents

Help create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, process flows, and system documentation

Coordinate with IT, product, development, QA, and business teams

Assist in UAT activities, user training, and implementation support

Participate in requirement walkthroughs and discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, Finance, or related fields

Basic understanding or strong interest in Banking, FinTech, or IT systems

Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Willingness to work full-time onsite for the complete internship duration
