Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in process modelling and enterprise business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience across end-to-end order-to-execution business processes including planning, allocation, exception handling, invoicing, cost implications, and regional business variations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex business requirements into epics, user stories, business rules, event flows, API contracts, and detailed acceptance criteria.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technology teams to support large-scale transformation and modernization programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise transformation initiatives

Perform end-to-end process modelling and workflow analysis across order-to-execution processes

Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define functional solutions

Analyze planning, allocation, invoicing, exception handling, and cost impact processes across multiple business scenarios

Document API contracts, event flows, system interactions, and integration requirements

Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and Agile delivery activities

Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process optimization initiatives

Validate business requirements through workshops, stakeholder discussions, and UAT support

Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and technology solutions

Manage regional business variations, compliance considerations, and configurable workflow requirements

Create functional specifications, workflow diagrams, process documentation, and reporting artifacts

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Strong ownership and business acumen

Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to handle enterprise-scale transformation programs

Strong documentation and process analysis capabilities

Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with relevant industry experience.
