  • Communication for document requirements - German
  • Special Communication Alerts - German
  • Confluence Update and Development - German
  • Daily Team Meetings - German
  • Outlook feature subject - German

(e-mails categorize, Team Information etc.)

  • Jira Board DoxSD administer and maintain.
  • Remedy Board maintain (MVT, HD) communication with customers and hotline - German

User Management:

authorization in doxis

(new staff, new login, temporary permissions,

exit messages, real doxis category)

  • communication for invisible users, which are then visible in CubeDesigner

Required

Profile required

Support for error messages:

  • communication (e-mail, teams, Jira, Remedy,)
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Support until the solution is found - Complicated technical errors -> Communication with DoxisTeam

Specialist Support:

  • Creation of customer files
  • Combining Acts
  • GDPR requests

Specials requests

  • if Doxis Team needs additional support, it should be guaranteed.
