As an engineering and technology professional, you will contribute to the successful delivery of client-focused projects by applying your technical expertise, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with engineering, technology, project management, and client teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, continuous learning, and strong execution are important. You will have opportunities to work on projects supporting global customers across sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Semiconductor, Rail, Industrial, and IT/Digital technologies.

• Work on engineering and technology projects based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Understand technical requirements, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Develop, implement, test, and support solutions within the assigned technical domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, project management, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Analyse technical challenges and develop practical and effective solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, testing, validation, and documentation activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality, performance, and customer requirements.
• Identify potential technical risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them proactively.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and production-related issues.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Follow established engineering processes, quality standards, and project methodologies.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with relevant technologies, tools, standards, and industry developments.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure consistent quality and timely completion.

• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, IT, technology, or a relevant technical domain.
• Strong technical fundamentals and practical experience in your area of specialization.
• Experience working on client-facing or engineering delivery projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Good understanding of engineering or software development processes, depending on the assigned domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work within defined timelines.
• Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
