Who are we looking for?

• 1-2 years of professional experience in software development, automation engineering
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with web frameworks and deployment technologies
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, queries, and optimisation
• Experience with web scraping libraries and techniques.
• Understanding of backend architecture patterns, REST APIs, and integration design
• Self-directed learner with ability to rapidly pick up new technologies and frameworks
  
  

• Extend existing prototypes into scalable automation solutions
• Design backend pipelines for data collection, prospect enrichment, and lead qualification
• Build a web-based platform for configuring and monitoring sales automation workflows
• Develop web scraping capabilities to identify prospects from industry events and platforms
• Create customisable prospect targeting modules for event organisers and decision-makers
• Build email automation and outreach systems with dynamic personalisation and analytics
• Integrate with PostgreSQL databases for prospect data and pipeline information
• Deploy and maintain the platform using modern web deployment technologies
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
