Qualifications 

Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred. 

Minimum of 6 years of business experience with at least 2 years of Supply Chain, Finance(preferred), IT or other relevant functional experience required. 

Outstanding stakeholder management experience, superior influencing, and collaboration skills are required 

Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Required 

Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices– empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital products and experiences is required 

Experience With Agile Product Development Methodology Is Required. 

Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs of the business stakeholders is required. 

Experience writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc. is required. 

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members is required. 

Strong critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required. 

Experience in being part of large, cross-functional projects & programs is strongly preferred. 

Strong digital product management experience including experience in building / managing data and analytics platforms, data science / advanced analytics / intelligent automation solutions is preferred. 

Experience In Working With Microsoft Azure Stack Preferred. 

Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred. 

Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis

Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities, particularly in Finance operations (Record-to-Report, month-end close)

Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using BPMN/UML tools

Collaborate with technical teams (developers, data engineers) to translate requirements into actionable solutions

Support Finance domain initiatives including GL reporting, reconciliation validation, and audit trail documentation

Conduct gap analysis between business needs and existing systems (SAP, Power Platform)

Facilitate UAT testing, user training, and change management activities

Manage requirement traceability and ensure solutions meet compliance standards (SOX, IFRS)

Monitor solution performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements
