BA Training And Operations Lead

Your Tasks

Overall Obligation:

The BA training Officer is responsible for the management of the BA channel in the assigned territory at NIVEA India. He/she is responsible for hiring, training and grooming of the Beauty Advisors to ensure maximum productivity from the channel. He/She is also responsible for planning and contributing to the BA outlet growth in the region.

Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive):

• BA staffing: Recruitment and retention of of Beauty advisors for the key accounts, BA outlets in the region.
• Training: Training the BA channel and key accounts on skincare, brand, productfeatures, WOW factors, selling skills to ensure BA s are well equipped to drive sales through the outlets.
• Reporting: Obtaining Daily reporting from the BA supervisors and reporting the same to HO. Generating monthly MISs for the region.
• BA Management: Conducting monthly meetings with BA to ensure target rollouts, review of sales, updates on new launches, etc. Conducting regular market visits to the BA outlets and undertaking on-the-job training, ensuring discipline in reporting and sales updation by the Beauty Advisors. Ensuring appropriate salary payouts to Beauty Advisors on a monthly basis.
• Performance and Productivity: Monitor the target vis-à-vis achievement and instore performance for BAs and take corrective action where required. Explore innovation to drive sales growth in outlets.
• Market tracking: Extensive knowledge of the brand, the category and competitors’ activities from market research and continuousmarket screening. Reporting all market developments in terms of new launches and implementation of new strategies in the region by the competitors to HO
  
  

Your Profile

• 6-8 years experience in training of Beauty Advisors, preferably in Skincare or related product lines- cosmetics, etc
• PC Know-how: excellent MS-Office skills
• Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English, excellent command of regional language (preferably tamil, kannada and telugu)
