Our team builds resilient, secure, and scalable deployment pipelines across Azure Cloud—driving faster release cycles, reducing operational toil, and enabling continuous innovation for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients across BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Test Plans).
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform to automate Azure resource provisioning.
• Integrate security scanning tools (SonarQube, Snyk, OWASP ZAP) and quality gates into build/release pipelines.
• Orchestrate containerized deployments to AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and manage Helm charts, secrets, and ingress controllers.
• Collaborate with SREs and developers to monitor pipeline health, reduce build failures, and improve deployment success rates.
• Document DevOps standards, enforce code quality metrics, and mentor junior engineers on Azure DevOps best practices.

• Azure DevOps (YAML Pipelines, Classic Editor, Service Connections)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• CI/CD Automation (Git branching strategies, PR triggers, approvals)
• AKS (Deployment, Scaling, Monitoring)
• Security Integration (SAST/DAST tools, Azure Policy, RBAC)
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Preferred
• Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Certification
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Grafana dashboards
• Knowledge of GitOps workflows (Argo CD, Flux)
