AVP Talent Acquisition Leadership And Experienced Hiring

The Role: As AVP – Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring), you will lead executive and senior leadership searches for BXRE's portfolio companies. You'll operate as a true search partner — not a coordinator — running confidential mandates, building bespoke candidate slates, and guiding senior leaders through the full assessment and selection process. Your ability to represent Revantage and BXRE credibly at the leadership level is non-negotiable.

What You'll Own

• Full-cycle executive search for Niche Sr. AVP, VP, SVP and select C-suite roles across BXRE portcos
• Executive stakeholder management — partnering directly with portco CEOs, CHROs, and board-level sponsors
• Confidential search strategy design — research methodology, market mapping, longlisting, and candidate engagement
• Candidate assessment and calibration — structured competency frameworks, debrief facilitation, hiring manager alignment
• Offer strategy and close — total compensation packaging, negotiation, and competing-offer management at senior levels
• Relationship management with retained and boutique search firms; holding them to quality and timeline standards
• Governance and reporting through Workday — pipeline dashboards, requisition integrity, executive hiring metrics
• Employer brand and candidate experience at the leadership level — every touchpoint reflects the BXRE brand
  

What Makes You Right for This

• 15+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a meaningful portion focused on leadership and executive hiring
• Background in executive search (in-house, retained firm, or boutique) strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success closing Director-to-C-suite mandates across complex, matrixed organizations
• Exceptional executive presence — you earn trust with senior stakeholders quickly and hold it
• Strong assessment capability — behavioral and competency-based interviewing, structured debrief facilitation
• Workday Recruiting proficiency — executive requisition management, pipeline tracking, offer workflow governance
• Offer closure expertise — you've navigated competing offers, counteroffers, and compensation complexity at the leadership level
• Discreet, structured, and calm under pressure — leadership searches are sensitive; you handle them accordingly
• Real estate, private equity, or financial services exposure a strong plus
• Bengaluru-based; available for portco travel and global leadership calls as needed
