Automotive Embedded Developer FuSa Specialist F M X

We are looking for an experienced professional to join a global automotive project focused on the development of safety-critical embedded software for next-generation vehicle platforms. The role involves contributing to Functional Safety activities in compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE, covering safety requirements engineering, Safety Concepts, Safety Mechanisms, software architecture, design, implementation, integration, verification, and validation of ASIL-compliant products. The professional will work closely with Agile development teams across the complete software development lifecycle.

Your tasks

• Analyzing customer and system requirements and translating them into software requirements, architecture, and detailed design across SWE.1–SWE.3
• Implementing and coding software components in line with established coding standards and safety requirements (SWE.4)
• Performing software integration, integration testing, and qualification testing across SWE.5–SWE.6
• Developing safety applications and Safety Mechanisms, along with creating and executing test cases for verification and validation
• Developing CAPL scripts and Python-based test automation, performing GTest unit testing, conducting peer reviews, supporting audits, and ensuring ASPICE Level 2 compliance
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive embedded software development within safety-critical environments
• Strong understanding of C/C++ programming, embedded systems, microcontrollers, and automotive software development practices
• Good knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, ASIL, and Functional Safety principles
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols and development tools such as CAN, CANoe/CANalyzer, Git, and Jira
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international Agile teams
