Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java/Python for building test harnesses and automation frameworks.
• Strong command over Kubernetes, Docker, and environment parity testing.
• Strong hands-on skills in Kafka Streaming Ability to design & develop test cases, ensuring full system and integration coverage.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Selenium, API/REST testing, and full system-level validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines integrating automated tests, gates, and certification checks.
• Familiarity with AWS services, infrastructure testing, and cloud-native patterns.
• Expertise in latency SLOs, Performance & Reliability testing, and realistic workload simulation.
• Solid background in Chaos engineering, Failover, Recovery, and DR readiness validation.
• Experience ensuring zero data loss and reconciliation workflows.
• Capability to leverage GenAI tools for accelerating test creation, analysis, and coverage.
