Role Overview

AlgoShack is hiring Automation Engineers across multiple experience levels to work on desktop and web automation for Windows-based applications. The role involves building and executing automation solutions, with a focus on Python-based TestComplete and Selenium frameworks.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong understanding of automation testing concepts
Hands-on experience with Python and TestComplete (Primary skill)
Experience with Java + Selenium (Secondary skill)
Experience in Desktop automation (Windows-based applications)
Understanding of UI automation and test case design
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience working with GitHub or similar version control tools
Knowledge of test frameworks and automation best practices
Exposure to Healthcare domain is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated test scripts for desktop and web applications
Work on Windows-based desktop automation using TestComplete
Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks
Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
Analyze test results and report defects
Ensure test coverage and quality across releases
Follow coding standards and best practices in automation
