Associate Project Manager

Our cutting-edge technology helps digital lenders,<br>banks, and NBFCs streamline operations with high accuracy and efficiency<br>Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to<br>oversee the execution of fintech/SaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment,<br>and seamless coordination between engineering, sales, and customer success teams.</div><div><strong><br>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• End-to-End Project Management: Execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure,<br>ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.<br>• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, product, and business<br>teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.<br>• Agile &amp; Scrum Implementation: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for<br>tech teams (if applicable).<br>• Risk &amp; Dependency Management: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement mitigation<br>strategies.<br>• Documentation &amp; Reporting: Maintain project documentation (BRDs, SOWs, Change tracker,<br>progress reports) and provide regular updates to leadership.<br>• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise clients to understand requirements,<br>provide updates, and manage expectations.<br>• Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management practices to enhance<br>efficiency<br>•Supporting Key business processes to improve overall efficiency</div><div><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>• 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.<br>• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).<br>• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.<br>• Excellent communication (written &amp; verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.<br>• Basic understanding of APIs, AI/ML concepts, or fintech workflows is a plus.<br>• PMP/CSM certification (preferred but not mandatory)</div>
