Associate Program Manager - Brand And AI Initiatives

About The Role

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused individual to lead brand growth initiatives by combining Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, and AI-powered marketing operations. Use Performance marketing, Ad Creative knowledge, consumer behaviour, to build scalable AI engines in Ad creatives and Design to drive merchant growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign and ad creative performance to identify insights and recommend improvements to ad templates, messaging, and content strategy for better results.
• Drive AI adoption across creative production and performance marketing workflows.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve marketing productivity and campaign efficiency.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for content generation, creative testing, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI into growth operations.
• Lead experimentation with Generative AI to create high-performing ad creatives (videos and static ads), while using market and consumer research to improve campaign performance and business growth.

• Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks for marketing operations.
• Experience integrating AI tools with Meta and Google Ads workflows.
  
  

• 4–6 years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Marketing, AI growth Initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
