About The Role –Associate Product Manager (APM)

As a member of the Xactly Product Management team, you will be part of a lively, tight-knit group of forward-thinkers and UX professionals. In this role, you will shape the future of our platform, collaborating across teams to solve complex challenges and deliver high-impact outcomes for our users.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 2-5 years of Product Management experience in the SaaS industry with a solid Engineering background.
• Platform Expertise: Mandatory experience with Platform and/or Low Code environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate SQL knowledge and a strong technical understanding of web-based technology and software development.
• Client Engagement: Proven experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and validate concepts.
• Design Literacy: Experience creating mockups, wireframes, or storyboards to visualize product requirements.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Incentive Compensation Management applications.
• Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or agentic computing within the Vista ecosystem.
