We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Associate Principal Graphic Designer with 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, and creative execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core graphics, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual assets. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaboration to deliver high-quality designs across multiple platforms and formats.

The candidate will work closely with marketing, branding, content, and product teams to develop visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. The role also involves managing multiple projects, maintaining design consistency, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the overall visual identity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print applications.
• Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
• Design marketing collaterals, social media creatives, presentations, banners, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across communication channels.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in core graphic design principles, including layout development, image editing, vector graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and refine design assets.
• Prepare production-ready files while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Adapt existing designs for different platforms, formats, audiences, and campaign requirements.

• Generate fresh ideas and innovative visual approaches for campaigns, branding initiatives, and creative projects.
• Interpret design briefs, understand target audiences, and develop appropriate visual concepts.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs through multiple iterations.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques to improve design quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, priorities, and project timelines.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and present creative concepts to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain organized design files, reusable assets, and documentation for efficient project execution.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Core Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management.
• Experience handling multiple projects and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Figma, or other creative design tools.
• Knowledge of branding, digital marketing creatives, and campaign design.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, basic animation, or multimedia design.
• Understanding of responsive design requirements and digital content formats.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, versatility, and high-quality design execution.
