Your role

• Function at the intersection of operational procurement excellence and strategic sourcing for Delivery, Supply and Services (DS&S)
• Directly shape supply continuity and category outcomes for assigned spend categories.
• Own the full procure-to-pay cycle for assigned spend categories, driving PO accuracy, supplier on-time delivery, and master data integrity.
• Execute sourcing activities, including competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, and source-to-contract delivery.
• Partner closely with Category and Sourcing Managers to align tactical actions with broader category strategies.
• Bridge day-to-day operational execution with strategic procurement goals.
• Contribute to financial and resource planning, facilitating seamless collaboration across Planning, Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Finance.
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in procurement operations and/or sourcing within manufacturing or high-technology environments, with a strong command of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience managing purchase orders, order confirmations, supplier master data, and resolving delivery discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Execute sourcing activities — including request for information, request for proposal, and request for quotation processes, supplier evaluations, and competitive bidding — in alignment with category strategy.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, demonstrating strong coordination and relationship management skills across functions.
• Proficient in enterprise resource planning systems and procurement tools, and bring solid data and analytical skills, including advanced use of spreadsheet applications.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve supply issues, invoice discrepancies, and delivery challenges, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to process accuracy.
