Job Description
The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department, specifically focusing on SAP IBP Demand Planning. They will lead a team, ensuring effective demand planning and forecasting, and driving process improvements. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the demand planning landscape within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP IBP Demand Planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to forecast demand accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure demand plans are integrated with overall business plans.
- Implement SAP IBP tools and technologies to enhance demand planning processes and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate demand planning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning and supply chain management.
- Document and communicate demand planning processes, ensuring clear and consistent guidelines for the team.
- Provide regular progress reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in demand planning, with a strong background in SAP IBP.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP and other relevant demand planning tools and technologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing demand planning strategies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work from the office 3 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
