Position Description

Title: Associate FP&A

Location: Bangalore

Shift: 12:30PM to 9:30PM

Skills: MBA Finance/ M.com with Excel and power point Knowledge.

Job Description:

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly and Annual reports, track KPIs, and analyze revenue, margins, and costs.

Variance Analysis: Assisting with actuals vs. budget/forecast analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and financial reports.

Process Improvement: Enhance reporting accuracy, automate dashboards, and improve forecasting discipline.

Supporting Role: Following up with BU controllers on various processes for smoother reporting.

• Collaborating with BU controllers to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Acting as a liaison with BU controllers to ensure smoother reporting and process alignment.
• Providing process support by following up with BU controllers to drive accurate and timely reporting.
  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: Commerce graduate, MBA Finance or equivalent.

Financial Modeling: Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools (Hyperion SmartView).

Communication Skills: Escalate findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
