Associate Customer Support Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from candidates for assessments, interviews, hiring events, and hackathons.
• Assist with login, registration, assessment access, and interview connectivity issues; guide candidates through troubleshooting and platform navigation.
• Resolve Level-1 issues within SLA and escalate unresolved or complex cases to the relevant internal teams.
• Respond to candidate queries via calls, emails and chats ; track and update issue status through closure.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and deliver real-time support during live recruitment activities.

Skills Required:

• 0 years of relevant experience; Customer service with strong verbal and written communications for candidate interactions.
• Problem solving to identify root causes and follow defined troubleshooting steps.
• Technical support mindset for basic issue troubleshooting and platform/process guidance.
• Ability to manage high-volume support during recruitment events while adhering to SLAs and process.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Patience when handling tough clients/ discussions.
• They need to be flexible as their work will have shifts/roster which may extend till 12am at night. Weekend work needs to be supported by them for which additional comp allowance will be given as per company standards.

Good to Have:

• Call control experience (managing call flow, call handling, and structured conversations).

Education:Graduate in any discipline (B.B.A., B.Com., B.A., B.B.M., B.Sc.).
