About the Role

The Associate CAD Manager – Retail is a key role within the Retail Asset Operations team, responsible for managing day-to-day transactions related to retail banking products. This includes onboarding, limit setup, disbursement, and maintaining MIS reports. The role demands a high level of accuracy, compliance with organizational policies, and effective coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth and error-free processing.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure error-free transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Manage onboarding processes for retail banking products, including limit setup and disbursement.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports related to limit setup and disbursement activities.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retail banking processes and systems, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Collate and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting and internal decision-making.
  • Apply strong analytical and data interpretation skills for accurate reporting.
  • Maintain high proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships, including legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) partners.
  • Prepare presentations for internal reviews and conduct data analysis for ongoing projects.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail asset operations or related functions.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of retail banking processes and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to error-free processing.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and support internal projects.
