About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ExcelHER Intern to support Volvo Penta's sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives.

The intern will assist the Purchasing and Supplier Quality teams in coordinating and tracking SAQ , SEM and Live CSR audits status and closure of actions.

The role provides exposure to global supplier management, interaction with global buyers and SQEs

Key Responsibilities

• Support buyers and SQEs in tracking SEM , SAQ Live CSR audit status and related documentation.
• Monitor status and completion progress from suppliers.
• Support preparation of reviews and supplier follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely completion of SAQ , SEM , Live CSR open action points
• Track supplier scores and follow-up actions.
• Prepare reports highlighting pending assessments and action plans.
• Support planning and coordination of audit activities.
• Assist suppliers in collecting and organizing documentation required for audits.
  
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers
• Generate monthly reports.
  
  

Qualifications

Education : Graduate (engineering or business admin) with Min 2 years experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and structured way of working.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in responsible sourcing, and supplier management.
