You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support the delivery of corporate real estate fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Coordinate project documentation, reporting, meetings and site activities to support effective delivery.
• Assist with monitoring project plans, changes, risks and mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote safety, quality and service excellence standards across all project activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain effective communication, governance and project controls.
• Support digital, sustainable and net zero carbon initiatives, applying Mace best practice and continuous improvement.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Developing experience supporting corporate real estate and fit-out project delivery.
• Understanding of project planning, procurement, reporting and construction delivery practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant project or construction qualification; working towards professional accreditation preferred.
