Job Description

EFM alerts assigned are attended to / resolved in real time or as close to the alert generation.
All alerts must be prioritized basis alert prioritization guidelines.
Action and dispose of an alert quickly, once it is assigned/reviewed. Exceptions include alerts requiring follow-ups and instances where a customer query or ECDD is raised.
Gather, record, and securely retain evidence relating to an investigation in accordance with the laid down guidelines of FP&I Division.
Ensure that all investigations and applicable actions are completed within the stipulated time frame.
Manage payment screening through the NLS filters on Saturdays and holidays.
Accurately document all actions taken on an alert and update in Intelligent Case Management System (ICMS) on the same day of alert review.
Preparate and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS as assigned.
Timely monitor the common mailbox daily and take appropriate actions on the emails
