Assistant Manager - Fraud Prevention CXC-Fraud Prevention And Intelligence Division

1. Participate in investigation of cases and assist Management in closing them in a timely manner
2. Ensure to initiate FFT cases and complete all stipulated actions within 1 working day of receiving a case.
3. Monitor Fraud Report mailbox on all working days and ensure all emails / calls are actioned within the same day, with no misses.
4. Ensure to maintain documentation of cases in the shared folders:
• Extraction of SOA, AOD, SWIFT messages, ATM/Branch clippings, potential linkages within 1 working day of case initiation, where applicable.
5. R.M.Freeze / Debit, Credit and amount blocks to be placed on mule/suspicious accounts along with other relevant steps to be undertaken on the same day of case initiation.
6. Internal Negative-Listing and Black-listing to be carried out within 1 working day with maker / checker controls.
7. Conduct Link Analysis searches through EFM system on all applicable cases.
8. Draft closure note on assigned investigation cases with facts & findings for Investigation in-charge to review and close, within 7 days of case initiation.
10. If the stipulated actions are missed to be completed within the agreed timeline for investigated cases, the following will be deducted from the achievement percentage:
