Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Data, Analytics & AI (DAAI) team. This role will own the visual storytelling and design execution for high-impact strategic content including executive presentations, campaigns, thought leadership assets, and digital experiences.

This is not a production role. The expectation is to co-create narratives, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver leadership-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Content Design

• Design high-quality executive presentations (board decks, reviews, capability packs)
• Translate complex AI/data concepts into clean, structured visuals
• Deliver high-signal, low-noise slides for senior leadership

2. Visual Storytelling

• Co-develop storylines with content teams (not just execution)
• Convert unstructured inputs into clear visual communication
• Identify and fix weak structure, clutter, and poor flow

3. Campaign & Asset Design

• Design for campaigns, newsletters, microsites, and digital formats
• Ensure consistency across PPT, PDF, and digital assets
• Contribute to the evolution of visual language across initiatives

4. Design Quality & Systems

• Build and maintain templates, layout systems, and design standards
• Ensure consistency, polish, and brand alignment
• Act as a quality gate for design outputs

5. Innovation

• Use AI tools and modern design workflows to improve speed and output quality
• Experiment with new formats (modular assets, motion, interactive design)

Requirements

Experience

• 5–7 years of professional experience in design / visual communication

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• Figma
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• PowerPoint (critical)
• Adobe Creative Suite

Capabilities

• Strong presentation design + information design skills
• Ability to structure ambiguous content independently
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography
