We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team at bluSwap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, new business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the Banking (B2B) or Fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales and lead generation to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies for new business development and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent sales performance.
Identify and target potential clients in the Banking (B2B) and Fintech sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
Maintain clear and effective communication with prospects, clients, and stakeholders.
Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development metrics.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of total work experience in sales or business development.
Prior experience with at least 2 companies demonstrating consistent sales performance.
Early-stage startup experience mandatory.
Proven track record in outbound sales and new business generation.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Experience in the Tech or Banking sector is required.
Experience in Banking (B2B) or Fintech is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in B2B SAAS sales or financial technology products/services.
Established network within the banking or fintech ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
