Reporting to one of the AR Directors, Market Development, the Analyst Relations Assistant Manager will help shape and strengthen Wipro’s market perception with global, regional and specialist analyst firms. This role sits in an emerging field where analyst influence, market intelligence and AI-enabled productivity are increasingly connected. It combines influence: building analyst mindshare; insight: translating research and competitive signals into actionable guidance, and impact: supporting business growth through deal support and internal enablement. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder orchestration, business judgement and responsible use of AI tools, including Copilot and subscription-based AI tools, to accelerate research, summarization, RFI support and knowledge sharing while maintaining quality, accuracy and confidentiality. 

• Create and manage an AR plan for your business line, including analyst briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, document reviews, executive meetings, events, stakeholder preparation, follow-up actions and synthesis of analyst feedback.
• Strengthen relationships with priority analyst firms and ensure analysts have an accurate, timely and differentiated understanding of Wipro’s strategy, capabilities, investments and customer outcomes.
• Work closely with AR colleagues, business leaders, marketing, sales, delivery and subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging across analyst engagements, evaluations, events and internal stakeholder communications.
• Translate analyst research, inquiries, briefings, evaluations, events and competitive signals into concise, actionable insights for leadership, sales, marketing and strategy teams.
• Support major analyst evaluations end-to-end, including RFI planning, evidence gathering, response development, reference coordination, briefing preparation, fact checks, pre-release reviews, debriefs and post-publication activation.
• Help drive business impact by supporting account teams and pursuits with relevant analyst research, competitive intelligence, leadership recognitions, analyst document reviews and targeted market insights that strengthen client conversations and RFP responses.
• Use AI responsibly and practically — including Microsoft Copilot and approved subscription-based AI tools — to accelerate research summaries, briefing notes, meeting recaps, RFI drafting support, competitive synthesis, stakeholder updates and knowledge management, while validating outputs and protecting confidential information. 

1. 3+ years’ experience in Analyst Relations, B2B marketing, corporate communications, strategy, market intelligence, project management or a related role; experience supporting analyst evaluations, RFIs, briefings or executive stakeholder communications preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyst research, market trends and technical topics into clear, concise, audience-appropriate insights.
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders and analyst firm processes at the same time.
4. Strong analytical judgement and business acumen, with the ability to synthesize analyst feedback, competitive signals, customer needs and internal priorities into actionable recommendations.
5. Collaborative, curious and proactive team player with strong stakeholder management skills, sound judgement, professional confidence and practical experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot.
