Designation - Assistant General Manager - Staffing Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven AGM - Staffing with 8+ years of experience in the staffing industry to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The role will focus on identifying and converting large staffing opportunities, developing relationships with CXO/HR/Procurement stakeholders, managing the complete sales cycle, and building a strong pipeline of staffing and workforce management opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of contract staffing, payroll, compliance, manpower deployment and staffing commercials, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and generate business through market mapping, networking, LinkedIn, references, and RFPs.
• Build and manage relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Procurement Heads, Business Heads, and CXOs.
• Identify staffing requirements and propose solutions across Contract Staffing, Payroll, Compliance, Recruitment, and Workforce Management.
• Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, solutioning, proposals, commercial negotiations, and closures.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue and headcount targets.
• Drive account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment / HR Services / Workforce Solutions.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and new client acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue/sales targets.
• Good understanding of contract staffing, staffing commercials, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
