Job Title: Assistant Data Specialist

Reports To: Team Lead Business Process Services

Purpose & Overview

The Victoria Secret Beauty team in Bangalore, India supports the Beauty & Home product development Business, covering Victoria’s Secret and PINK Brands. As part of this team, the core job involves managing the operations and reporting tasks for our products being developed by collaborating with our internal & external functional partners pertaining to the Victoria Secret Beauty process. This role relies heavily on data accuracy, eye for detail, timely tasks completion as per established performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Executing and delivering Core activities / reports within the VSB process with accuracy
• Ensuring adherence to process and calling out exceptions and escalating in a timely manner
• Maintaining high levels of Accuracy in the work executed. Utilize internally developed tools to check the work and report out / correct in case of issues, and document it in relevant system
• Meet pre-defined timelines in turnaround of allocated tasks
• Updating relevant trackers for Product Dev Req Management updating Safety Documents Management, Fragrance Attestations, Safety Compliance Reporting
• Ensuring all assigned E-Learnings & Training are completed as per schedule
• Actively participating in Internal meetings
• Be an active participant in Team and Company Enterprise initiatives
• Creation and execution of IDP / PPO / Midyear / Performance Review / Career Management Profile.
• Complete on-boarding activities and participate in informal mentorship if needed.
  
  

• Graduate from a recognized establishment in any discipline.
• Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel (Vlook up, Pivot, basic formula etc), PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential
• Ability to work under pressure
• High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Should be self-motivated, self-driven, and time bound
• Flexible adapting to Changes and Business requirements
  
  

• 0 to 1.5 years’ experience in IT/data entry, preferably in Retail/Supply Chain, Order Management or Data Analytics
• Prior experience of using SAP, Sales Force would be an add-on advantage.
